Private Event Pricing
- Private Event Fee: $350 (may be required as deposit to reserve date)
– Private Event Fee includes up to ten guests with a three-hour time booking.
– Additional guests are $25 per guest* and applies to active participants.
– Parents attending a birthday party or coaches attending a teambuilding, do not count in the per guest fee unless participating in the planned class/activity.
*Additional guest fee is waived for children’s events. - Materials Fee: $25-$50 per person (payment required minimum 1 week prior to event date)
– Materials Fee applies to the overall total amount of guests. Per person Materials Fee pricing varies depending upon the class selection. - Basic Party Package: Included with above pricing
– Basic Party Package includes a digital invitation, light refreshments (lemonade, popcorn machine), personalized digital greeting, balloons, and napkins in color choice for birthday parties. Private events are decorated to themed class.
– Guests are welcome to bring in food, desserts, and beverages (including wine, beer, etc., for guests 21+ YO, as we have a BYOB liquor license). Antsy Nancy plates, bowls, silverware, glassware, bottle opener, etc. are available for use, as well as our refrigerator and freezer.
– Gratuity for event staff is optional and greatly appreciated when we exceed your expectations.
Optional Add-Ons
- Cupcakes: $5 per person. Cupcakes made to order (chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, lemon, strawberry, carrot cake) and preferred frosting (butter cream, cream cheese, chocolate butter cream). Assorted frosting color, and with/without sprinkles. Candles included.
- Candy Bar: $5 per person. Glass candy jars filled with candies, chocolates, licorice, lollipops, and other treats. Perfect with popcorn!
- Custom Dessert: $5 per person. Complement your Italian cooking class with homemade Gelato or Cannoli, your South of the Border class with Churro Making, a Holiday Party with Cookie Decorating – unlimited options!
- Charcuterie Board: $50+. Meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, honey, etc. artfully arranged on a large charcuterie board and served with breads and crackers.
- Specialty Drink: $5 per person (non-alcohol). Examples: Sparkling Cider, Shirley Temples, Butter Beer, Milk Shakes, and more.
- Specialty Cocktail Demonstration & Tasting: $10 per person (alcohol). Sangria, Margarita, Aperol Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, 4 bottle Wine-Tasting, and more.
- Floral Arrangement Large: start at $40. Intended to gift to special recipient to take home and includes vase. Flowers, colors, to be discussed.
- Floral Centerpieces: start at $20 per centerpiece. Intended for table centerpieces and include vase. May be raffled/gifted to attendees.
- Embroidered Apron: $35 per attendee. First name or monogram can be embroidered with or without the Antsy Nancy logo. To add custom image, $100 embroidered setup fee is required.
- NEW! Disney Princess: $100 per Princess, per event. As a special add-on to a children’s event, one or more princesses, including: Elsa, Cinderella, Ariel, Belle, or Aurora (ask about other princesses/or characters) will join in the festivities – taking pictures, assisting with the class or activity, and giving the guest of honor the royal treatment.

Classes include baking and cooking, arts and craft projects, flower arranging, wreath making, cake and cookie decorating, cocktail making and wine tastings, murder mystery parties, and so much more! If you have an idea that isn’t on this list, please let us know.
Antsy Nancy can accommodate up to 36 in-person students (maximum class size depends on activity), and unlimited online. We can provide hybrid options (in-person and online), and when appropriate, can travel to off-site locations. Some classes are contingent on the availability of contracted instructors.

Whether you’re planning a birthday or bachelorette party, organizing a corporate or teambuilding activity, showering a new mom or bride-to-be, we will make it extraordinary.
Date and time availability will depend upon class selection and availability of instructor, but if a class isn’t already in session, we will work with you to accommodate the date and time that works best for your group – including evenings and weekends.
