Due to the limited class recurrence and seating of each Antsy Nancy class, and to ensure we order accurate project material quantities, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. If you need to reschedule a class, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. If we can accommodate registration for an alternative date and time, we are happy to do so.
To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to class start time for an online course and at least one week prior to class start time for in-person classes. A private event must be cancelled at least 14 days before the scheduled date for a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, less the credit processing fee. Should you prefer, you can choose to receive your refund in the form of an Antsy Nancy Gift Card.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or in-store credit for cancellations made outside of the cancellation timeframes listed above.
When Antsy Nancy must cancel a class due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, facility issues, instructor illness, etc.), we will attempt to notify you by email or telephone with as much notice as possible. If this occurs, Antsy Nancy will issue a full refund to the original form of payment or, should you choose, an Antsy Nancy gift card.
If we do not affirmatively cancel a class by email or telephone and you are unable to attend, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Late Arrival Policy:
Students should arrive 10 minutes before class start time to store personal items, wash hands, dress in apron, serve themselves drink and refreshment, and be seated. Class Instruction will begin promptly at class start time to ensure sufficient time to complete project. We will attempt to accommodate late arrivals, within reason, and reserve the right to reschedule student for another class date and time, or to treat guest’s late arrival as a no-show (see above no-show policy).
BYOB Policy: Applicable for Adult Only (21+) Classes
In accordance with AZ state statute ARS 4-244.05 and regulation AAC R19-1-324, during Antsy Nancy’s Adult Only (21+) Classes and/or during a Private Event or Class hosted after 4pm, students over the age of 21 (ID required) are permitted to bring (1) 750 ml bottle wine or champagne, or up to 40 oz beer to enjoy during their Antsy Nancy class.
Any opened alcohol/containers may not leave the store. Please drink responsibly and we encourage you to use a designated driver. Antsy Nancy is happy to facilitate contacting Uber or Lyft.
Additional Child(ren) Policy: Applicable for Parent & Child Classes
Parent and Child Classes are designed for participation of one (1) parent with one (1) child. This ratio will provide maximum enjoyment, project success, and quality time with your little one. The class fee for a Parent & Child Class includes the registration and materials costs for both the adult and child, as you will create and work on the project or activity as a team.
