The Full-Court Press: Our Pasta Making Series

Nothing says “slam dunk” like a meal made from scratch. This month, our Pasta Making Series is taking center stage to teach you the fundamentals of dough and deliciousness. We’re kicking things off with a classic Fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce and Chicken that defines comfort food. If you’re looking for something with a bit more “rebound,” join us for our Ravioli with Italian Sausage Filling and Rustic Marinara or master the pillowy texture of our Gnocchi with Homemade Pesto Sauce. To round out the series, we’re featuring Tortellini with Spinach and Ricotta Filling, served in a sophisticated Butter Sage Sauce. It’s a championship lineup that will leave you feeling like a pro.

Global Games and Gourmet Skills

If you have a case of wanderlust, our Cooking Around the World series is your ticket to the international stage. Travel to Greece to master the art of Gyros, Hummus, and Tzatziki, or head over to Spain to learn the secrets behind a vibrant, authentic Paella. In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, we’re hosting an Ireland-themed feast featuring Irish Celtic Pretzel Knot Sliders served with Colcannon. And of course, the drinks are on us: Guinness and Baileys Milkshakes for our 21+ crowd, and festive Shamrock Shakes for the under-21 squad! Looking for something a bit closer to home? Don’t miss our fan-favorite Artisanal Pizza and Cast Iron Cookie Skillet class—the ultimate “game day” meal.

Rising Stars and Sweet Victories

For those who love the science of the bake, our March schedule is rising to the occasion. We’re getting technical with our Bread Boules class and showing you how to achieve that perfect chew with New York Style Bagels. If you’re in the mood for something zesty, we have a double-header of citrus: learn the delicate art of Limoncello Macarons with Buttercream Filling, or get crafty with our How to Make Limoncello class, which includes a Wine Glass Etching session. Finally, for the artists in the room, our Cake Decorating: Candy Melt Drip and Sprinkle Border class will give you all the highlights you need to create a centerpiece-worthy dessert.
