Our ideal franchise partner loves bringing people together and takes pride in making every guest feel welcome. You might be an enthusiastic home cook, baker, or maker—or simply someone who knows how much a great hands-on experience can mean to a community.

We’re looking for people who bring:

• A passion for cooking, baking, crafting, and lifelong learning
• Strong business, leadership, or marketing skills
• A talent for building local relationships and memorable guest experiences
• The drive to manage a team, promote classes, and grow a business
• The financial resources to evaluate and pursue a franchise opportunity

You don’t need to be an expert in every class we teach. In fact, we encourage hiring part-time or contract instructors with special expertise. You do need to care deeply about the people who teach them and the guests who walk through the door.

An Antsy Nancy location can bring people together through public classes, children’s camps, private celebrations, corporate team building, and other group experiences. That variety is part of what makes the business so much fun: there’s always a new skill to share and a new reason for someone to visit.

Your path to franchise ownership

We want you to have time to get to know the business, ask thoughtful questions, and decide whether Antsy Nancy fits your goals. The discovery process may take several weeks or longer, depending on your readiness, scheduling, and the time you need to review the opportunity. Opening a location would follow its own timeline for site selection, preparation, and training.

• Step 1: Initial application

Tell us about yourself, your experience, your preferred market, and why Antsy Nancy interests you. This gives us a starting point for a meaningful conversation.

• Step 2: Founder conversation

Meet with Antsy Nancy’s founder, Heidi Yribar. We’ll talk about the business, your goals, your community, and what it could look like to grow together.

• Step 3: FDD and qualifying

If there’s mutual interest, we’ll continue the qualification process and provide the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for your review. This is your opportunity to examine the details, ask questions, and consult your own legal and financial advisers before making a decision.

• Step 4: Visit Antsy Nancy

Come experience our Tucson location firsthand. Meet the team, see classes in action, and get a feel for the energy, care, and creativity behind Antsy Nancy.

• Step 5: Franchise approval

After we’ve both had the chance to evaluate the fit and complete the required review process, we’ll make a franchise approval decision. If we decide to move forward together, we’ll discuss the next steps toward bringing Antsy Nancy to your community.
