Viva Italia! Tortelli with Spinach and Ricotta filling and Butter Sage Sauce
If you love pasta and always wanted to learn how to make it from scratch, this hands-on cooking class is ideal. Each student will learn to make pasta dough using only 2 ingredients (flour and egg), before working in tables of four to make Tortelli with Spinach and Ricotta filling and Butter Sage Sauce.
Starter: Apple and Pecorino Salad
Entree: Tortelli with Spinach and Ricotta filling and Butter Sage Sauce
Dessert: Berry Panna Cotta Dessert
