Summer Break Camp: Cooking and Baking Around the World
Pack your passport and appetites! During this Summer Camp week, students will explore flavors from around the globe while learning essential kitchen skills.
Each day, students will focus on a different region, practicing age-appropriate knife skills, cooking techniques, and safe food handling. As we cook, we’ll discuss cultural traditions and ingredients unique to each area.
After class, students will sit down together to enjoy the meal they’ve prepared, building confidence, community, and a love for food. Students will enjoy their lunch at Antsy Nancy and will bring home their baked goods to share with family.
