Spring Break Camp
Pack your passport and appetites! During this Spring Camp week, students will explore flavors from around the globe while learning essential kitchen skills.
Each day, students will focus on a different region, practicing age-appropriate knife skills, cooking techniques, and safe food handling. As we cook, we’ll discuss cultural traditions and ingredients unique to each area.
After class, students will sit down together to enjoy the meal they’ve prepared, building confidence, community, and a love for food. Students will enjoy their lunch at Antsy Nancy and will bring home their baked goods to share with family.
Monday, March 23: Italy - Artisanal Pizza and Biscotti
Tuesday, March 24: France - Savory Crepes and French Macarons

Wednesday, March 25: Greece - Turkey Gyros and Baklava

Thursday, March 26: China - Dumplings and Fortune Cookies

Friday, March 27: Mexico - Street Tacos and Guacamole and Churros

If Weekly Camp doesn't sellout, we will open up for daily registrations on March 1.
