September Homeschool Program Breadmaking at TUCSON MALL

Join us every Friday in September at Tucson Mall location for a hands-on 4-week bread making journey!

Each week, you’ll learn the techniques behind a different artisan bread while building your baking confidence from scratch. Together, we’ll make sourdough, bagels, focaccia, and soft pretzels, with expert guidance every step of the way. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to expand your skills, you’ll leave each class with fresh bread, new techniques, and the confidence to bake at home.

Pricing for this 4-week course is $300 and registrants will be invoiced directly to enable Class Wallet payment.

September 4th: Sourdough Bread

What you will learn:

Students will learn to follow recipes with precision. We will learn various baking tools and equipment, and the spices and culinary traditions of different regions. Kitchen safety, safe food handling, and clean-up will be top priorities at all times.

What to expect:

Upon check-in, students are provided storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Most activities will take majority of the 10am-12pm timeframe. If students complete projects early, we will do arts and crafts, or play games. If parents would like to pick students up early, they must do so with instructor. Students will enjoy the meals they create with their classmates. PLEASE NOTE: Students must follow Antsy Nancy safety rules and demonstrate appropriate behavior and respect at all times, to instructors and other students. If they are unable to do so, emergency contact will be asked to pick student up immediately. Student will not be permitted to stay and registration fees will not be refunded.
