Saddle up for a sweet creative break! In this Rodeo Break Cookie Decorating Class, you’ll learn how to decorate western-themed sugar cookies using royal icing. This hands-on class is perfect for beginners—no experience needed.

We’ll cover the basics of working with royal icing, including outlining, flooding, and adding fun details to bring your rodeo cookies to life. You’ll decorate a set of pre-baked cookies featuring classic rodeo designs like boots, hats, and stars, all while picking up tips and tricks you can use at home.

What you will learn:

We will learn a tried and true recipe for royal icing and how to get the perfect consistency for outlining, flooding, wet on wet techniques, and even stenciling! Students will decorate 6 cutout cookies.

What to expect:

Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home, along with the cookies they decorate in class.
