How to Make Tapas and Sangria
Nothing is better for patio dining with friends and family than Tapas and Sangria. In this class, students will work in teams to prepare a stunning menu of simple and delicious Tapas recipes before enjoying them as a group, along with a delicious Summer Sangria.
Tapas Menu: (hands-on cooking class)
Tomatillo Toasts with Prosciutto and Manchego
Garlicky Shrimp with Olive Oil
Chorizo-Filled Dates Wrapped in Bacon
Papas Bravas (crispy potatoes) with Smoky Aioli Sauce
Dessert: Burnt Basque Cheesecake (instructor demonstration)
