We’ll explore both sweet and savory options, filling your crêpes with delicious combinations like fresh fruit, chocolate, and creamy spreads, as well as savory ingredients for a more elevated twist. Along the way, you’ll pick up tips for texture, timing, and presentation so your crêpes turn out beautifully every time.

PLEASE NOTE: This class qualifies as a Parent & Child Class, which enables 1 parent/child duo to attend class and complete 1 project, while paying 1 class fee. If both parent and child want to complete their own project, 2 registrations must be made.

What you will learn:

You’ll learn how to make smooth crêpe batter from scratch, properly cook and flip thin, delicate crêpes, and fill them with both sweet and savory ingredients. By the end, you’ll have the confidence to create beautifully balanced crêpes at home.

What to expect:

Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home.
