Hot Cocoa Bombs are cocoa mix and marshmallow stuffed confections wrapped in chocolate. Dropped in warm milk, they melt away to create the perfect cup of hot chocolate. We will vary ingredient flavors, colors, and candy decorations to create 6 unique Cocoa Bombs resembling an expensive box of holiday truffles. Each of our Cocoa Bombs has a unique flavor, perfect for toasting the season!
Students will learn how to work with candy melts and molds to create these melt in your mug confections. Each student will create 6 Hot Chocolate Bombs, packaged in protected box.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home, along with the box of cocoa bombs they make in class.
