Nothing conjures images of a Paris cafe like sipping espresso and nibbling on a Macaron filled with chocolate ganache!

We’ll cover the ins and outs of making everybody’s favorite French cookie. Macaron classes are 3 hours in duration with approximately 1 hour break while the rest, bake, and cool before filling.

Students are encouraged to enjoy lunch or shopping break while their macaron shells rest, bake, and cool, in one of the many River Center shops and restaurants.
