How to Make Chocolate Eclairs and Cream Puffs

Introducing our pastry class dedicated to the versatile French dough, known as choux pastry or “pâte à choux” . In this French pastry class, students will learn the recipes and techniques for making choux pastry, a delicious custard filling, and an easy chocolate ganache topping.

Students will learn the techniques for making, piping, baking, filling, and dipping choux pastries.

What to expect:

Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home, along with the eclairs and cream puffs they make in class.
