We’ll walk through the fundamentals of working with yeast dough, mixing and shaping the muffins, and cooking them on a griddle to achieve that classic golden crust and signature nooks and crannies.
While our muffins cook, we’ll talk about tips for perfect texture, flavor variations, and how to store or freeze them for easy breakfasts all week long. Of course, no muffin class would be complete without enjoying them warm — we’ll finish by toasting our fresh muffins and topping them with butter, jam, and other delicious spreads.
