With only 7 base ingredients, scones are an easy and delicious, make-ahead breakfast to serve a houseful of guests. And they smell so delicious while baking!

Students will master creating a base scone recipe and incorporate a few additional ingredients to create 3 scone variations; zesty lemon, sweet blueberry, and a savory cheddar and chive!

PLEASE NOTE: This class qualifies as a Parent & Child Class, which enables 1 parent/child duo to attend class and complete 1 project, while paying 1 class fee. If both parent and child want to complete their own project, 2 registrations must be made.

What you will learn:

In this hands-on class, you will learn how to mix your dough, knead it by hand, shape it, and bake it.

What to expect:

Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home, along with the 3 bread bowls and spinach dip made in class.
