Cooking Around the World: Italy – Valentine’s Day Pasta Dinner
If you love pasta and always wanted to learn how to make it from scratch, this hands-on cooking class is ideal. Each student will learn to make pasta dough using only 2 ingredients - flour and egg, before working in tables of four to make a bruschetta and rustic marinara from scratch.
Cooking Class Menu:
Starter: Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil Bruschetta (hands-on student cooking)
Entree: Homemade, 4 Cheese Ravioli and Marinara Sauce (hands-on student cooking)
Dessert: Tiramisu (Instructor demonstration)
Students 21+ years are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please see our BYOB policy for more details.
