Our Winter Break camp is filled with craft and treat making fun!
December 22: Cocoa Bombs – we’ll make 4 different flavored cocoa bombs, packaged in a pastry box to take home. Using candy melts and molds to make the shells, we will fill our bombs with cocoa and marshmallows before topping with additional candy melt designs and sprinkles.
December 23: Cookie Decorating – we will learn a tried and true recipe for royal icing and how to get the perfect consistency for outlining, flooding, and wet on wet techniques.
December 29: Winter Forest Cake – a forest of candy melt trees dusted with extra white sanding sugar, make a festive cake topper for the holidays. Students will add a peppermint buttercream filling to this 2-layer cake before frosting with a delicious dark chocolate buttercream. A peppermint candy trim adds a perfect finishing touch!
December 30: Cake Pops – We will make vanilla snowmen and chocolate gingerbread faces.
December 31: Peppermint Macarons – Learn the ins and outs of making the beloved French macaron, featuring festive winter peppermint flavor in this hands-on class.
