As a parent, how often have you heard the question, “What’s for dinner?”

Antsy Nancy has partnered with Dream Dinners to not only eliminate this question one day each week but to empower your child with the skills to create nutritious meals made from quality ingredients. That’s truly the mission of both companies.

At Antsy Nancy, our goal is to provide “how to” skills for home, health, and happiness and Dream Dinners is dedicated to bringing you and your family food that is simple, honest and delicious. The owners of both companies are working moms, and both know the hardest night of the week to put dinner on the table is Monday night.

Each Monday, students will prepare a meal for themselves or for the whole family! The 4-week Class Fee includes 1 Dinner Serving per week for the student and additional Dinner Servings may be purchased if student is cooking for the family!

4-Week Cooking Club Menu:

Monday, June 2: Mexico – Mexican Beef Tortilla Bake and Churros Dessert with Chocolate Ganache

We will also customize an Apron that students will use during the course and may take home upon completion.

Tortillas layered with seasoned ground beef, black beans, peppers, onions, and cheese all baked to a golden brown perfection.

Monday, June 9: Italy – Chicken Chipotle Ravioli and Garlic Cheesy Bread Side

Creamy, cheese filled ravioli, tender chicken, sundried tomatoes, and red peppers in our homemade smoky chipotle marinara pesto sauce.

Monday, June 16: China – Sizzling Sirloin Fried Rice and Homemade Fortune Cookies

Sliced sirloin beef with a flavorful stir-fry sauce tossed with peas, carrots, and green onions.

Monday, June 23: Southwest – Southwest Pulled Pork with Confetti Cornbread

Layers of pulled pork, black beans, corn, and colorful confetti cornbread are topped with cheese and baked in a pan to perfection.

NOTES:

  • If student is attending Summer Camp (9am-12pm) and purchased optional lunch (12pm-1pm), they may stay 1pm-2pm, at no additional fee. During this hour, they may play games, watch Disney film, or assist staff with prep work.
  • Registration includes 1 Dinner Serving. If student is to prepare meal for family of 4 (for example), 3 Additional Materials Fee should be selected, which would provide a total of 4 meals each Monday and a total of 16 Meals over the course of the 4-Week Cooking Club.
  • June Cooking Club requires a minimum of 6 student registrations by May 19, 2025 to move forward as scheduled. We will advise by that date if minimum has not been met, and all Class and Materials Fee will be reimbursed.
