What could be better than a dessert disguised as breakfast? Antsy Nancy is thrilled to offer our monthly programs to home school families, conveniently located in the Tucson Mall, at SAACA Catalyst Collective. Each day we’ll bake up delicious breakfast treats from scratch. Our Breakfast Baking Program includes Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Rolls, Scrumptious Scones, Bursting with Berries Muffins, and Homemade Pop Tarts!
Students will register for the multi-week program, with classes on Friday from 10am-12:30pm (please note exact dates). Our Homeschool Program is ideal for ages 6+, but each child is different and has different experience levels and needs. Please contact us with questions or concerns.
Pricing: Breakfast Baking, 4-Week Program is $300. Please register to save your place and invoices will be sent via email for easy submission to Class Wallet.
Friday, September 5: Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Rolls
Friday, September 12: Scrumptious Scones
Friday, September 19: Bursting with Berries Muffins

Students will learn to follow recipes to bake pastries with precision. We will learn various baking tools and equipment, and the requirement for precise measurement in baking. Kitchen safety and clean-up will be #1 and #2 priorities, at all times.
Upon check-in, students are provided storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Most baking activities will take majority of the 10am-12:30pm timeframe. If students complete projects early, we will do arts and crafts, or play games. If parents would like to pick students up early, they must do so with instructor. Students will bring home a pastry box or bag each day with their goodies to share with family. PLEASE NOTE: Students must follow Antsy Nancy safety rules and demonstrate appropriate behavior and respect at all times, to instructors and other students. If they are unable to do so, emergency contact will be asked to pick student up immediately. Student will not be permitted to stay and registration fees will not be refunded.
