Charm necklaces and bracelets have really been a hot new trend in the jewelry world. In this class, students will be making their own polymer clay charms with Lauren of Sigfus Designs, a local jewelry maker and charm bar owner. She will teach students to shape and form the clay using a variety of tools and techniques.
Lauren will be bringing her charm bar and chain options if guests would like to purchase any additional options.
NOTE: This class qualifies as a Parent & Child Class, where a parent and child duo may register and pay 1 fee and work on 1 set of charm materials together. If both attendees want to make their own set of charms, 2 registrations must be made.
They will mix colors and decorate the charms and complete them by baking them to set the clay.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Students will leave with 3 charms ready to be attached to their own personal jewelry.
