We’ll cover the ins and outs of making everybody’s favorite French cookie. Learn the steps for mixing, piping and baking macaron shells. We will highlight the flavor of summer strawberries in this macaron class.
Macaron classes are 3 hours in duration with approximately 1 hour break while the cookies must rest, bake, and cool before filling. Students are encouraged to enjoy dinner in River Center, during this time.
<p>Students will practice the techniques for folding, piping and baking your own macarons.</p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">U</span>pon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home, along with the macarons they make in class.</p>
