This is the perfect bread for a delightful Sunday brunch and pairs perfectly with jams, jellies, and marmalades. It’s also delicious, warm from the toaster, with melted butter that seeps into all its nooks and crannies. English Muffin Bread comes together easily with or without a stand mixer. Make, bake, and ENJOY!
While our bread is baking, we’ll demonstrate how to poach a perfect egg and demonstrate an easy to master Hollandaise recipe – add Canadian Bacon, a slice of prosciutto, or a piece of smoked salmon to a slice of your toasted English Muffin Bread, and you have a delish eggs benedict!
In this hands-on class, you’ll mix your dough, knead it by hand, shape it into loaf and bake.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home, along with the bread they make in class.
