We’ll cover the ins and outs of making everybody’s favorite French cookie. Learn the steps for mixing, piping and baking macaron shells. We will make vanilla bean macarons with your choice of shell color and fillings of both chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream.

Macaron classes are 3 hours in duration with approximately 1 hour break while the cookies must rest, bake, and cool before filling. Students are encouraged to enjoy lunch in River Center, during this time.

PLEASE NOTE: This class qualifies as a Parent & Child Class, which enables 1 parent/child duo to attend class and complete 1 project, while paying 1 class fee. If both parent and child want to complete their own project, additional materials must be purchased.
