Recognize this HUGE cookie? These copycat cookies are just like the real thing and so fun and easy to make – you’ll be tickled pink! We’ll make both a a vanilla sugar cookie topped with a pink almond, buttercream frosting and a Cookies and Cream cookie, with a decadent chocolate base with an Oreo crumb buttercream frosting.
Students will learn ingredients, baking technique, and best practice tips for successful recipe execution.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the successful recipe execution. Each student will make and take a half dozen cookies.
