How to Make Artisanal Pizza & Cast Iron Pizzookie

Class Date:

July 10, 2025

Class Time:

6:00 pm

Event Location:

Antsy Nancy

The term “artisan” describes a person with extensive experience and a special gift with their craft. When applied to food, it means it’s prepared using more traditional methods and the highest quality ingredients. An artisan pizza can have basic, traditional toppings or something more creative, but it’s the freshness and quality of the ingredients that make a pizza truly artisan. We’ll provide fresh, delicious, and locally sourced toppings to customize your own 8-inch artisan pizza.

Tables of 4 will be assigned tasks, such as slicing fresh vegetables, making pizza sauce from scratch, or mixing up the chocolate chip pizzookie dessert.

Students 21+ years are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please see our BYOB policy for more details.
