Make a crowd-pleasing, 4th of July inspired sweet and savory charcuterie board at this Antsy Nancy class. We’ll pair perfect meats, cheeses, fruits, assorted crackers, and chocolate dipped treats to taste as spectacular as our board looks.

A cocktail demonstration and tasting of our fabulously delicious red, white, and blue cocktail is available for students 21+ and over.

Students 21+ and over are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please see our BYOB policy for more details.

What you will learn

Attendees will learn technique for building a charcuterie board that is both aesthetically appealing, and crowd-pleasing delicious. Meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, nuts, and chocolates are selected to taste great together and fulfill our red, white, and blue requirement.

What to expect

Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the successful board execution.
