With only 7 base ingredients, scones are an easy and delicious, make-ahead breakfast to serve a houseful of guests. And they smell so delicious while baking!
Students will master creating a base scone recipe and incorporate a few additional ingredients to create 3 scone variations; cranberry orange, pumpkin, and chocolate chip.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the scone making process.
