Unlike creamy, dense New York-style cheesecake, Basque cheesecake is crustless with a light, souffle-like interior and a scorched, caramelized top. The taste is a cross between cheesecake and creme brulee, with a slightly smoky flavor profile.
<p>Students will learn ingredients, baking technique, and best practice tips for successful recipe execution.</p>
<p>Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the successful recipe execution.</p>
