Want to learn how to make crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, fresh bagels from your own kitchen? You’ll choose the toppings, too. Including everything bagel seasoning, poppy and sesame seeds, an egg wash for extra crispy crust, kosher salt (for salt bagels), and cinnamon sugar for a sweet option.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn process to mix bagel dough, knead it by hand, shape it into rings, then boil and bake your bagels to get just the right texture.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home, along with the bagels they make in class.
