Hola, mis amigos! Take your backyard grilling skills to the next level with Antsy Nancy’s 2-part Grilling Series, featuring Instructor, Val Romero, The King of BBQs! In this first lesson, we’ll focus on grilling beef and chicken with a Southwest theme.
Starter: Table side Guacamole and Pico de Gallo served with Tortilla Chips
Entree: Carne Asada and Chicken Street Tacos with Corn and Flour Tortillas
Side Dish: Elote-Style Corn with Cotija and Spicy Cilantro Cream
Dessert: Churros with Caramel Sauce
Cocktail: “Best Ever” Margarita
Meat cuts, rubs, sauces, marinades, grill options, and meat temperatures will all be covered.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed. Gilling will take place on the Antsy Nancy patio, under covered umbrellas.
