Aloha! Take your backyard grilling skills to the next level with Antsy Nancy’s 2-part Grilling Series, featuring Instructor, Val Romero, The King of the Grill! In this second lesson, we’ll focus on grilling fish and pork with a Hawaiian Luau theme.

Menu

  • Starter: Grilled Pineapple
  • Entree: Kahlua Pork Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls and Grilled Mahi Mahi (or Ono)
  • Side Dish: Macaroni Salad and Hawaiian Fried Rice
  • Dessert: Pineapple Upside Down Cake
  • Cocktail: Mai Tai

What to expect

<p>Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed. <span style="color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: small;">Gilling classes will take place on the Antsy Nancy patio, under covered umbrellas.</span></p>
