Class Date:

July 7, 2025

Class Time:

9:00 am

Event Location:

Antsy Nancy

Let them eat cake! But first, they must learn to bake, level, crumb coat, and decorate it. In this class, we will learn cake decorating basics and work with multiple cake tips to learn piping techniques. We will also work with buttercream frosting, chocolate ganache, candy melts, and fondant. Monday-Wednesday, the students will practice their skills. Then, on Thursday, they will design on paper what they want their cake to look like, bake their cake and create candy melt designs. On Friday, students will complete their masterpieces with the skills they learned throughout the week.

Monday: Piping Class w/Cupcakes

Tuesday: Decorating basics: (leveling, filling, frosting, decorating) and Chocolate Ganache Drip

Wednesday: Fun with Fondant

Thursday: Cake Design/Baking and Candy Melt Creations

Friday: Masterpiece Cake

Camp is 9am-12pm with an optional lunch and game hour from 12pm-1pm. Every Monday, campers will customize an apron to use during camp, that they will take home at the end of the week. For repeat campers, they can opt for a 2nd apron or a new special project. Antsy Nancy Summer Camp is ideal for ages 6-14, but each child is different and has different experience levels and needs. Please contact us with questions or concerns.

Pricing: Camp is $300 per week. 2 Weeks prior to camp start date, if space allows, daily registrations may be made for $75 per day and will open up 2 weeks prior to camp.

Optional lunch and Disney movie hour, 12pm-1pm, is $75 ($15 per day). Campers may bring their own lunch or sign up to purchase lunch daily from our lunch partner (menu and pricing will be emailed 1 week prior to camp). If camper chooses to purchase lunch, they will need to bring cash with them.
