About The Events
Invited guests of Becca Keables are invited to “How to Make Meatball Wellingtons.” Juicy, flavorful Italian meatballs, surrounded by a gooey mozzarella, ricotta, and parmesan cheese blend, and all wrapped up in buttery, flakey puff pastry dough. It really doesn’t get much better! But we’re going to try. We’ll start the class with one of the best homemade Caesar salad recipes and end with a traditional cannoli recipe.
What you will learn
Students will learn how to prepare Beef Wellington, with hands on practice wrapping the meatball and cheeses into the pastry dough. Students will receive recipes for Beef Wellington, as well as the Caesar Salad and Cannoli's served in the class.
What to expect
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Guests may help themselves to beverages provided and are welcome to bring their own wine or beer (see terms for oz. limits). Each student will prepare and enjoy a Meatball Wellington, as well as served a salad and dessert. All recipes will be provided.
