We celebrate the Chinese New Year this week and at Antsy Nancy, kiddos will learn a wonderful Chinese tradition of making homemade dumplings. Our dumplings will be paired with steamed white rice, edamame, and orange chicken and eaten (successfully?) with chopsticks. After dinner, it’s time for popcorn and treats while we enjoy watching Disney’s animated film, Mulan.

Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Refreshments will be self-served prior to settling into a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace. Class will begin with a brief presentation; providing overview, background information, project relevance, and sample uses. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through process
