Learn tips and tricks to create a crowd-pleasing, Fall inspired charcuterie board at this Antsy Nancy class. We’ll pair perfect meats, cheeses, fruits, and crackers to taste as spectacular as our board looks. Our Sangria recipe begins with mulling spices of Cinnamon, Cloves, Star Anise, and All Spice, giving this Sangria a taste you’ll Fall for!

Students 21+ years are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please see our BYOB policy for more details.

What you will learn

Attendees will learn tricks and techniques for building a charcuterie board that is aesthetically appealing, seasonally inspired, and crowd-pleasing delicious. Meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, nuts, and chocolates are selected to taste great together and compliment Fall colors and flavors. Each attendee works with a personal sized board, along with a generous sampling of the ingredients used during demonstration. The best part ... guests are encouraged to enjoy the demonstration board and may opt to wrap their own board to save for later!

What to expect

Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the successful board execution.
