Class Date:

April 12, 2025

Class Time:

10:00 am

Event Location:

Antsy Nancy

In this beginner class, you’ll receive all the tools and materials to make delicious, homemade sourdough bread! Although we’ll go through all 7-steps of making a loaf of sourdough bread: 1. Creating a sourdough starter, 2. Feeding the starter, 3. Autolysing the flour, 4. Mixing the dough, 5. Bulk fermentation with folds, 6. Shaping the dough, and 7. Final proofing and baking.

We won’t go through each step in real-time and sometimes, we’ll even mix up the order. For a real-time start to finish, you’d have to spend an entire week with me! That said, each attendee will receive their own Sourdough Starter jar and the recipe, instructions, and ingredients to make their own Sourdough Starter and Sourdough bread and will get to sample the finished product, hot from the oven!
