With only 7 base ingredients, scones are an easy and delicious, make-ahead breakfast to serve a houseful of guests. And they smell so delicious while baking! Students will learn the basic scone recipe and the techniques to incorporate varied ingredients to create their favorite scone flavors: blueberry, lemon, and white chocolate raspberry.

Students will learn the basic ingredients to create scones and the process for incorporating various ingredients and adding flavorful glazes.
What to expect
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Refreshments will be self-served prior to settling into a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the process of making basic scone recipe and techniques to incorporate varied ingredients. Each student will create batches of blueberry, lemon, and raspberry chocolate chip scones to take home.
