Learn how to effortlessly turn out beautiful, well risen bread boules with a gorgeous crackly crust. This bread bread recipe is absolutely delicious fresh from the oven and served with some butter and is perfect for serving appetizers, like spinach or artichoke dip and warm Fall soups and chowders.
Students are encouraged to enjoy dinner or shopping in River Center while bread dough rests/rises.
In this hands-on class, you’ll mix your dough, knead it by hand, shape it, and bake it.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home, along with the 3 bread bowls and spinach dip made in class.
