You’re going to LOVE this sweet and savory charcuterie board! We’re going to start the class with dipping strawberries and other treats into chocolate before creating meat roses, cheese hearts, and cutting fruit flowers. When we’ve finished our boards, we’ll toast our success with a champagne cocktail demonstration and tasting!
Students 21+ and over are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please see our BYOB policy for more details.
Attendees will learn technique for building a Valentine charcuterie board that is both beautiful and delicious. Meats, cheeses, fruits, berries, and chocolate are selected to taste great together and celebrate the holiday of love.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the successful board execution.
