Antsy Nancy is in it’s Swiftie era! We’re celebrating all things Taylor Swift in this cookie decorating class. Learn to decorate sugar cookies with royal icing and tipless bags. Students will learn to outline, flood and then add details to heart-shaped sunglasses, cardigan sweater, a star, a heart, a disco ball, a Taylor Swift silhouette. After decorating, students will make friendship bracelets all while watching Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour.
There is no maximum age on this class, but parents are encouraged to treat this a Kids Night Out/Parents Night Off. Antsy Nancy will be provide 2 slices of Jimmy’s Pizza at 6pm, along with pink lemonade and popcorn.
We will learn a tried and true recipe for royal icing and how to get the perfect consistency for outlining, flooding, and embellishing shaped cookies. Students will get lots of practice frosting at the right angle to create beautiful designs.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home, along with the cookies they decorate in class and the friendship bracelet they make.
