Holiday cookies have never looked sweeter! Learn to decorate sugar cookies with royal icing and tipless bags. Students will learn to outline, flood and then add details to egg, bunny, flower, and carrot shaped cookies that have been baked on sticks. After decorating, we’ll create adorable treat pots and wrap in cellophane.
We will learn a tried and true recipe for royal icing and how to get the perfect consistency for outlining, flooding, and embellishing holiday shaped cookies. Students will get lots of practice frosting at the right angle to create beautiful designs.
UUpon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Recipes will be given to students to take home, along with the cookies they decorate in class.
