Holiday cookies have never looked sweeter! Learn to decorate sugar cookies with royal icing and tipless bags. Students will learn to outline, flood and then add details to egg, bunny, flower, and carrot shaped cookies that have been baked on sticks. After decorating, we’ll create adorable treat pails and wrap in cellophane.

Students will learn the basic ingredients to create scones and the process for incorporating various ingredients and adding flavorful glazes.
What to expect
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Refreshments will be self-served prior to settling into a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the process of making basic scone recipe and techniques to incorporate varied ingredients. Each student will create batches of blueberry, lemon, and raspberry chocolate chip scones to take home.
