Make a crowd-pleasing, 4th of July inspired charcuterie board at this Antsy Nancy class. We’ll pair perfect meats, cheeses, fruits, and crackers to taste as spectacular as our board looks.
Attendees will learn technique for building a charcuterie board that is both aesthetically appealing, and crowd-pleasing delicious. Meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, nuts, and chocolates are selected to taste great together and fulfill our red, white, and blue requirement.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Beverages will be self-served prior to settling into a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace. Class will begin with a brief presentation; providing overview, background information, project relevance, and sample uses. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through process of building a 4th of July charcuterie board. Each student receives a personal size board and portions of all ingredients to build their own board to be enjoyed in class, or to take home.
