The key to throwing a successful Holiday Happy Hour is making food and drinks easy to grab and enjoy (easy to make is an added bonus), while still racking up major points in the flavor department. It certainly doesn’t hurt if it’s pretty, too!
In this class, students will prepare a stunning menu of simple and delicious holiday appetizer recipes!
Appetizer menu:
Students 21+ and over will enjoy a cocktail demonstration and tasting of Cranberry Champagne Punch, made with our homemade cranberry infused vodka from our class on December 17! Students 21+ years are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please see our BYOB policy for more details.
Students will learn recipes and entertaining tips and tricks to host their own Holiday Happy Hour.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the successful recipe execution.
