Aloha! Take your backyard grilling skills to the next level with Antsy Nancy’s 2-part Grilling Series, featuring Instructor, Val Romero, The King of the Grill! In this second lesson, we’ll focus on grilling fish and pork with a Hawaiian Luau theme.

Menu

  • Starter: Grilled Pineapple
  • Entree: Kahlua Pork Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls and Grilled Mahi Mahi (or Ono)
  • Side Dish: Macaroni Salad and Hawaiian Fried Rice
  • Dessert: Pineapple Upside Down Cake
  • Cocktail: Mai Tai

What you will learn

Grill techniques, rubs, sauces, marinades, grill options, and meat temperatures will all be covered.

What to expect

Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed. Gilling classes will take place on the Antsy Nancy patio, under covered umbrellas.
