Are you desperate to wear a dirndl? Do you love to see a man in lederhosen? Antsy Nancy will be decorated in true Oktoberfest style and students will enjoy a traditional Bavarian meal, while learning all the behind the scenes tips & tricks to throw a super fun and memorable event that will have guests shouting “Prost” to their host!
Cooking Class Menu:
Students 21+ years are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please see our BYOB policy for more details.
Students will enjoy a combination of hands-on and intructor demonstration in this Cooking Around the World Class. Instructor will also review event planning basics, as it relates to planning an Oktoberfest themed event, but include tips and tricks that can be applied to planning any event.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the successful recipe execution.
