Introducing Antsy Nancy’s first Charcuterie, Corks, and Crafts Class!
In this class, students will create a stunning wine cork tray, while enjoying a personal charcuterie board with delicious meats, cheeses, fruit, nuts, chocolate, and honey, served on a keepsake board. Throughout the class, we will swirl, smell, sip, and score our way through a complimentary Scout & Cellar wine tasing.
Please bring corks! We will have lots of corks available for students to use, but your creation will be more special when using the corks from your own dinners and holiday celebrations.
Students are welcome to bring their own wine, champagne, beer, etc. to enjoy during class. Please see our BYOB policy for more details.
Students will receive demonstration and instruction for sucessfully executing their craft. In addition, we will provide wine tasting materials to note each of the wine varietal details.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the handwashing station. Students will be seated in a thoroughly cleaned and sanitized workspace and given seating request preference, when available. Tools and materials will be distributed before instructor takes the class step-by-step through the process for creating a wine cork tray.
