On their own, buttercream rosettes are a gorgeous way to decorate a cake, but when you ombre (gradually lighten the tint) the rosette layers, the results are stunning.
PLEASE NOTE: This class qualifies as a Parent & Child Class, which enables 1 parent/child duo to attend class and complete 1 project, while paying 1 class fee. If both parent and child want to complete their own project, 2 registrations must be made.
Students will learn baking tips, best frosting and buttercream recipes, proper techniques for leveling and crumb coating layer cakes, tinting and coloring with gels, and piping technique for perfect rosettes.
Upon check-in, students are provided aprons and storage for personal items before visiting the hand washing station. Tools and materials will be distributed and demonstration provided along with hands-on class. Students will take home cake they decorated in class, packaged in bakery box.
